1. Who we are

BullTRK (“Service”) is operated by XTRK LLC, a company based in Singapore (“we”, “us”). This notice describes how we handle personal data when you use bulltrk.com and related apps or APIs we control.

This is not legal advice to you. It is a factual description of our practices as of the effective date. We may update it; the version on this page is the current one.

2. Data we may process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account data - identifiers and profile fields from our authentication provider (for example name, email, user ID).
• Content you enter - watchlists, portfolios, notes, settings, uploads, and similar inputs you choose to store.
• Usage and technical data - device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, pages or features used, error logs, and similar operational telemetry.
• Billing data - if you buy credits or paid features, payment status and related records. Card details are typically handled by the payment processor, not stored by us in full.
• Communications - messages you send us (for example support email).

Market prices, fundamentals, and other third-party market data shown in the Service are generally not personal data about you. Your portfolio and watchlist choices are.

3. Why we process it

We process data to:

• Provide, secure, and operate the Service
• Authenticate users and protect accounts
• Process payments and fulfill paid features where applicable
• Debug, measure, and improve product performance
• Respond to requests and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data as a product. We may use processors (hosting, auth, analytics, payments, email) that process data on our instructions to run the Service.

4. Sharing

We may share personal data with:

• Service providers that help us run BullTRK (for example cloud hosting, authentication, payments, error monitoring)
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety
• A successor if we transfer or reorganize the business, subject to this notice or a replacement notice

Third-party market-data vendors and sites you leave BullTRK to visit have their own practices. We are not responsible for theirs.

5. International processing

XTRK LLC is based in Singapore. Data may be processed in Singapore and in other countries where we or our providers operate. Those places may have different data-protection rules than your home jurisdiction.

6. Retention

We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course of operations. Exact timelines vary by data type and system.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or alteration will never occur.

8. Your choices

You may update certain account details through the Service or your auth provider. You may stop using BullTRK at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, email hello@xtrk.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires or permits it (for example backup, billing, or dispute records).

Where cookies or similar technologies are used, you can control many of them through your browser settings. Blocking some may affect sign-in or features.

9. Children

BullTRK is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
