These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BullTRK (the “Service”), operated by XTRK LLC, Singapore (“xTRK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. It is separate from these Terms.
BullTRK provides software tools for exploring market data, screening, research workflows, portfolio tracking, and related features. It is a technology product.
BullTRK is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, investment adviser, fiduciary, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service is investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Market data, scores, models, charts, AI-generated text, projections, and similar outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You alone decide how (if at all) to use any information.
Past performance, simulated results, and illustrative scenarios are not guarantees of future results. You are responsible for your own compliance with laws that apply to you.
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet any age or other eligibility rules that apply where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, including for suspected abuse, non-payment, or Terms violations.

Market and company data may come from third parties. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Feeds may stop, change format, or be delayed without notice.
Optional AI or model-assisted features produce probabilistic output. Treat it as unverified. Do not rely on it as a sole basis for financial decisions.
Some features may require credits or paid plans. Prices, credit amounts, and feature availability may change. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once credits or access are delivered. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not commit to uptime, support response times, or feature roadmaps.
You retain rights in content you submit (for example notes or portfolio labels). You grant xTRK a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
The Service, including software, branding, layout, and original content (excluding your content and third-party data), is owned by xTRK or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XTRK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XTRK AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XTRK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO XTRK FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50) OR ITS EQUIVALENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
You will defend and indemnify xTRK against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our IP or confidential information.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and xTRK regarding the Service and supersede prior conflicting terms on the same subject. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of assets.
